OSTEOPATHY

Appointment type & Fees

  • A 50 minute appointment.

    A detailed medical history will be taken, prior to a thorough assessment, followed by treatment.

    Suitable if you are a new patient to this practice.

  • A 40 minute appointment allowing for a review of current symptoms, discussion, lifestyle advice and hands-on treatment.

    Suitable for those who have already had an initial consultation.

    £60 at the Sunflower Centre

    £65 at Greenwich Fitness & Pilates

  • A 50 minute appointment comprising of treatment and a thorough assessment of your strength or mobility needs, followed by a detailed plan sent by email.

    Your therapist will offer this option if deemed beneficial to your recovery, strength building or mobility needs.

    Exercises will be demonstrated and you will have time to practice during the appointment to ensure your correct posture. You may be offered a recording on your phone of each exercise to help your performance at home.

    This is a great treatment adjunct for injury recovery, post-operational decreased function, mobility or balance.

  • Initial consultation - £80 for a 50 minute appointment

    Follow up care - £65 for a 40 minute appointment

  • Every person that we see is considered as an individual. You may not neatly fit into one of the description boxes above. No problem, a quick conversation can clear up any queries on the best appointment for you.

    As your journey moves forward, you will undoubtedly have different treatment and appointment-type needs. Your requirements will be discussed throughout your journey, so that you can make informed decisions when planning your care.

If you are seeking relief from pain, you will likely be offered hands-on treatment to increase your joint range of motion, decrease stiffness or relax your muscles. Your lifestyle, free-time and activity levels will be considered when establishing how you can best serve yourself through movement and strength work to enhance your recovery from pain.

24 hour cancellation policy

We ask that you provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Appointments cancelled within this time period are subject to a fee equal to that of the appointment fee booked.

Late cancellation brings cost implications to our therapists and the clinic - we appreciate your understanding on this mater.

Rescheduling within the same day will be accommodated where possible. Please note that on busy clinic days this may not always be possible.
